He added 'My team & i'm excited about the potential of our new technolagy help when
crisis strikes. From the outset of project we have been committed to making our new technology
freely available.But Any telephone carrier or handset manufacturer that wishes to incorporate
our technology free to do so,& indeed we would be delighted to be assist them in process'.

many rural & remote locations where a signal is available only limited locations in a community or
